OUR POLICIES

SHIPPING and ORDER FULFILLMENT:
1. We ship daily from Monday to Saturday. "Ready to ship" orders placed by 10:00 PM EST will be processed and sent within 1-3 days after payment is verified ( excluding weekends). Handmade orders take 1-2 weeks to process and ship.


2. Transit time may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
Estimated delivery time:
- US: 3-5 days

- Canada: 2- 7 days

- Worldwide: 2-5 weeks


3. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible
4. When you order multiple products, your order may come in different packages and at different times.

CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES AND FEES:


Customers are responsible for all customs taxes, import duties, brokerage fee, or any additional charges by your local.


In the event that you get charged for any VAT/ duties, we will not be responsible for these fees as we do not receive any of this money. Since duties and taxes vary by countries and by what was ordered, we apologize that we are unable to supply an estimated cost. Please contact customs office for more information. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.

RETURN and REFUND


1. We don't accept return or exchange on Snorlax bean bag and Snorlax pillow cover.


2. OOWLSTUDIO does not provide pre-paid return/exchange labels. We are not responsible for lost return or exchange parcels. When sending anything back to us, please beware of this and select a shipping service accordingly.

3.If you have received the product damaged or faulty, please email support@oowlstudio.com along with photos documentation of the damages so that we can fully address the issue in a timely manner. 

4. Once we receive your return item and verify it is unused/ damaged by sender , OOWLSTUDIO will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price. Refund will not be issued under the following conditions:
- Lost or unsuccessful order delivery due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping address given during check out
- Orders refused at customs due to taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government.
